Hi there! My name is Anjelika, and I’m a Certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist, a Navy veteran, and an undergraduate psychology student. I believe in the power of connection and shared experiences to guide us toward healing and growth. My own journey hasn’t been easy, and that’s why I’m here, to walk alongside you as someone who truly understands.

I’ve faced challenges like Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, PCOS, chronic pain, and the lasting effects of sexual assault and harassment. I’ve also navigated the emotional weight that comes with infertility, miscarriage, and losing loved ones. Growing up with physical and emotional abuse, along with the pain of abandonment, has shaped my resilience and deepened my empathy for others.

Life can be a rollercoaster, and I know firsthand how tough it can be to rebuild different parts of your life while juggling responsibilities, mental health, and personal growth. I’ve struggled with feeling lonely, balancing work and life, and figuring out how to build healthier relationships. I also understand the stress of job loss, career transitions, and navigating major life changes. Through my own experiences, I’ve learned that healing isn’t always linear, but with the right support, it’s absolutely possible. Let’s take this journey together. What can members expect to take away from sessions with you?

Talking to someone who understands can make all the difference. With me, you’ll find a judgment-free space where you can be real and honest about what’s on your mind—no filters, no pressure. Whether you need to vent, reflect, or set small, meaningful goals, I’m here to support you at your own pace. We’ll celebrate every bit of progress (even the tiny wins) and figure things out together. In our sessions, you’ll also gain the tools to build autonomy and independence in your life. I’ll help you explore ways to approach challenges that feel right for you, empowering you to make decisions and take steps that align with your values and goals. My aim is to guide you toward finding your own path, so you feel more confident navigating life on your terms.
