Hello! My name is Janell, and I am a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I know what it’s like to juggle a demanding career while trying to prioritize health. After years in the corporate world, I dedicated myself to learning evidence-based strategies to help people manage stress, prevent burnout, and feel better in their bodies. As a board-certified health & wellness coach, former gym owner and massage therapist, I bring both science and years of hands-on experience to my coaching.  I help busy professionals regain energy, balance, and purpose while managing stress and chronic pain.
