Hi my name is Paul and I am a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I have been coaching people who live with chronic pain and chronic disease since 2012. I became a board-certified health and wellness coach in 2017 and have coached people from all different walks of life who struggle with chronic pain and all the challenges that come with it.
What can members expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session we’ll explore your story, what makes you unique and what strengths and abilities you have to support you in overcoming the challenges you are living with. We’ll also explore your values and what you see as most important in life. With this insight, we’ll create a powerful vision together that will serve as a reminder of who you truly are. This vision will help guide us as we establish goals and work to fully understand the purpose and aim of your life. A vision is a snapshot of the real you. The one who already has all the things you need to heal and live an amazing life! During our sessions, we’ll explore your goals and help cultivate a sense of present moment awareness that will move you into a bright future. We’ll also talk about tools and techniques you can use to calm your nervous system and create a feeling of safety within your body and mind.
Explain to members what areas you feel are your biggest strengths?
I’m a coach who specializes in helping people connect to their purpose for life and overcoming the obstacles of pain and suffering. My clients often appreciate my ability to help them become aware of their best qualities. I walk beside people as they build the courage to take action and create a life that aligns with who they truly are, rather than what they’ve been labeled. In coaching sessions, I create an environment that allows us to think creatively and outside of the box so that we can take meaningful steps to overcome patterns that make us suffer. Together, we explore many practical techniques and knowledge for calming the nervous system, cultivating joy and breaking free of harmful patterns of thinking. The natural world is a source of tremendous healing, and I thoroughly enjoy helping others discover the wonder of nature in their lives.
